The American Counseling Association of Missouri will hosts its annual conference this Thursday through Saturday in Jefferson City, Missouri. The conference offers lectures on a wide variety of topics and is a great way to network with other counselors throughout the region. The keynote lecture will be given by Dr. John Krumboltz and Dr. Howard Rosenthal. Alsana Treatment Center will have an exhibit table at the conference and is proud to help support the American Counseling Association of Missouri. Alsana staff members Erin McGinty, LPC and Katie Thompson, LPC will present at the conference on Friday April 12th. Erin McGinty will present first from 8:00-9:30 am on “Treating Co-Morbid Eating and Anxiety Disorders.” Later on Friday from 4:15-5:15 pm Katie Thompson and Erin McGinty will co-present on “Comprehensive Treatment of Eating Disorders.” Alsana is honored to provide two of breakout session lectures at the conference and hopes that if you plan to attend you will attend our lectures and stop by our booth.
