Aimee Chastain is a St. Louis local and joined Alsana in 2018 as a Direct Care Staff member. She was promoted to Program Director and then Senior Program Director for the St. Louis outpatient programs in 2019.

Aimee earned a Master of Arts in Counseling in 2016 and has past experience in leadership and training. She is passionate about supporting staff to ensure staff are competent and resourced in their roles while supporting in the standardization of care to provide an excellent experience for Alsana clients. Aimee initially joined Alsana because of her excitement and passion to work directly with clients and be part of supporting their recovery journey.
