As a Primary Therapist at Alsana, Mallorey works with clients individually and in groups to support their eating disorder recovery journey. She is passionate about assisting clients towards finding peace in the totality of who they are: physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual beings. Mallorey believes full recovery from your eating disorder is possible and is excited to share in your journey towards recovery.
Mallorey is a licensed psychologist and earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She also holds her personal training certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and uses this knowledge to help inform appropriate movement in treatment.
Before coming to Alsana, Mallorey worked as Interim Eating Disorder Treatment Coordinator at UC Davis. She has worked and trained at several universities, an adult day treatment program, community mental health, and with middle and high school students.
In her free time, Mallorey enjoys spending time with her two cats, Dax and Rory. She also enjoys being out in nature, whether it is the beach or the mountains, and exploring new cities around the world.
