As a lead dietitian of outpatient services with Alsana, Rachael loves building relationships with clients and team members. She believes Alsana’s Adaptive Care Model is what makes the company unique, while the team’s compassion and dedication are what make Alsana memorable. Rachael’s passion for people and eating disorder recovery is evident in her positive energy, authenticity, and commitment to her clients.
Rachael is passionate about helping clients with all eating disorders develop and maintain healthy and fulfilling relationships with food, exercise, and their body. In her role as Lead Dietitian, Rachael co-facilitates eating disorder groups, leads nutrition and movement groups, and works with clients individually.
