As Program Director for Alsana, Allison is responsible for the operations of Birmingham’s Outpatient and Intensive outpatient programs. This includes staffing, program adherence to policy and procedures, milieu management, and scheduling. Allison enjoys having a team that truly wants you to succeed in life and is willing to go out of its way to support you in everything you do.

Allison graduated from the University of Alabama with an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s in social work where she was awarded Magna Cum Laude.

Allison is a big sports fan, she holds her high school’s indoor track record for long jump and 60-meter dash. In her free time, Allison can be found watching Alabama football or spending time with her Golder Retriever Jax.
