As director of regional outreach in the St. Louis, Missouri region, Amanda helps connect healthcare professionals with Alsana to ensure their clients can access life-saving eating disorder treatment. Amanda’s life goal is simple: to help those who are hurting. She finds that bringing hope, healing, and wholeness to those seeking it is the most fulfilling thing she can do.
Amanda holds strong personal values of servant leadership, integrity, putting others first, and letting your light shine. She was eager to join the Alsana team after learning that these same values guide Alsana’s culture. She loves being able to live and spread these values daily through her work.
After graduating from Lee University with a bachelor’s degree in Christian education, Amanda continued to be drawn to the helping professions. She worked with RenewED (formerly the Eating Disorder Coalition of Tennessee), was an advocate at a domestic violence and sexual assault shelter, and helped self-pay clients fund their hospital stays.
Amanda values the relationships in her life and others are drawn to her fun, kind, and generous personality. She loves attending concerts, Blues games, Cardinals games, and making memories with her husband and two daughters. After living in the Southeast for the past 13 years, she is thrilled to be back in her hometown of St. Louis!
