As National Executive Director of Growth at Alsana, Andie was tasked with ongoing development and day-to-day supervision of the national admissions and professional relations departments. The opportunity to make recovery accessible to a wider scope of clients is something that brings her great joy. Andie values collaboration with other mental health professionals, and seeks to create a space where others feel comfortable and confident showing up as their authentic selves.
Now, as Vice President of Growth, Andie will continue to lead the National Admissions Department, Professional Relations Department, and will transition into leadership of the Outreach Department as well.
Andie received her master’s degree from California Lutheran University in clinical psychology with an emphasis in marriage & family therapy, specializing in trauma treatment. Andie has fostered her clinical and operational skills both treating clients at all levels of care and participating in growth and expansion efforts in programs providing higher levels of care.
The ability to participate in a client’s inspiring process of recovery is something that she views deeply as a privilege. Having recovered herself, Andie has a deep-rooted passion for working with eating disorder clients and a profound sense of kinship with the Alsana approach to treating the whole human.
Andie also serves on the board of the Orange County International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP), which provides first quality education and high-level training standards for professionals.
