Cameron believes Alsana’s holistic approach and the nutrition philosophy of balancing nourishment and pleasure are best for clients in helping them remove rigidity with food. As a registered dietitian and nutritionist with Alsana, Cameron loves working with clients to incorporate challenges while providing support to elicit both small and large changes in their relationship with food, exercise, and their body.
Prior to Alsana, Cameron worked for two years in an employee health program at Washington University in St. Louis. Cameron earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wake Forest University and completed a Master of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition and Physical Performance at Saint Louis University.
Cameron lives in St. Louis with her husband and two dogs, Moto and Gertie. She loves to cook (her favorite food is Ethiopian) and she strives to help clients feel more comfortable in the kitchen preparing food for themselves. When she is not experimenting in the kitchen and cooking up crazy dishes, she can be found playing ultimate frisbee or exploring with her dogs.
