As the Regional Outreach Director, Elena serves as the first point of contact for professionals in the Orange County and San Diego communities. With over eight years of experience collaborating with the Southern California mental health providers, Elena is committed to supporting each professional and their clients’ needs, whether that is sharing resources, providing helpful information, or collaborating on a higher level of care.

Elena has always possessed a strong passion for giving back and helping others. She earned a B.A. in Communication Studies at California State University San Marcos. While there, she was drawn to a program that offered the opportunity to be connected to low-income teen Mothers within the community and provide much-needed mentorship as a way to assist these young adolescents in achieving their goals. It was through CSUSM and her collaboration with a local high school that Elena began her journey towards becoming an exemplary example of what a mentor of young teens should be; so much so that she received two consecutive community service awards!
Elena enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys in their little cottage by the sea.
