As the National Director of Culinary Services and Nutrition Support, Jenn seeks to combine her love of food and nutrition to provide clients with nourishing and tasty meals and snacks during their stay with Alsana.
Jenn values collaboration. She works with Chefs and Lead Dietitians at all Alsana sites, offering support with all aspects of our kitchens.
Previously, Jenn served as a Dietitian in Alsana’s virtual program and Patient Services Manager for a large hospital in Jacksonville, FL, and co-owner of Batch, a catering company, with her husband. She is able to merge her culinary and nutrition background in a way that provides valuable insights into running a successful kitchen, creating client culinary experientials, and integrating Alsana’s team of Chefs into the fabric of our recovery community culture.
Jenn earned her Bachelor’s in Dietetics from the University of Georgia, and her Associate’s in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University at Denver before getting her Master’s in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Jenn and her husband Beau, whom she met in culinary school, reside in Michigan with their two daughters and Labradors, George and Clark. She loves football, enjoying a fabulous meal with her husband, and a good book.
