As the Outreach Specialist for Alsana, Jessica is responsible for expanding brand awareness and building relationships across Alabama. She connects providers directly to the Birmingham treatment center for clients in the state. Her personal history with mental health struggles alongside her alignment with the Alsana mission is what guided her into this role.
Jessica has a fierce passion to give back to the community and is a servant at heart. She has over two years of experience in outreach in the nonprofit sector, and has worked across West Alabama on nonprofit marketing initiatives, preventative education, event planning, fundraising, donor relations, and more. Her parents are both first responders who always taught her to use her skillset to help those around her.
Jessica was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and attended the University of Alabama where she obtained her B.A. in Communication Studies. Jessica, her partner, her daughter, and her Yorkie, all reside on the outskirts of the city. She enjoys cooking, nights in with friends, playing with her daughter, and painting pottery.
