Rebecca has been working with eating disorders since 2014 and joined Alsana upon completion of her undergraduate studies. She has held multiple roles at Alsana, including direct care staff, IOP coordinator, Senior Program Director of Outpatient Services,  Director of Clinical Services for RTC, and Associate Regional Director. She is inspired by the program’s passion behind the scenes of focusing on reaching each client and leading them toward a life they want to live.

Rebecca wants to continue to break the stigma surrounding mental health and eating disorder issues and create a safe space where people can heal.

Rebecca graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and obtained her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Webster University. Rebecca simultaneously completed her master’s degree program and an internship working with adolescents, couples, and families. She is currently trained in sand tray therapy, EMDR, Embodied Recovery, and training to be a certified somatic experiencing counselor.
