HIPAA Compliance- Client Privacy and Confidentiality

Alsana recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our clients and the health information they entrust to us. Alsana respects our clients’ rights regarding protected health information (PHI) and will take appropriate precautions to maintain the confidentiality of that information. Alsana provides clients specific rights related to their protected health information (PHI). Each of these rights is described in Alsana’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
