This Online Privacy Policy describes the types of information Alsana (“Alsana,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) may collect about you when you visit our website alsana.com (the “Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. This Online Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected through any other means, including any products, services, websites, mobile applications, or content (including advertising) offered by third parties or that may be linked to or from the Website. Data collected by these third parties is covered by their own privacy notices.

Please read this Online Privacy Policy carefully. If any term in this Online Privacy Policy is unacceptable to you, please do not use our Website or provide us with any personal information.

In this Online Privacy Policy, when we talk about “Personal Information,” we mean any information that is related to an identified or identifiable natural person.

4. CHRILDREN

Alsana does not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from persons under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent, and no part of the Website are directed at persons under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the Website. If Alsana learns that Personal Information of persons less than 13 years of age has been collected without verifiable parental consent, then Alsana will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. 5. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

5.1 INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect the following categories of Personal Information from you:

• Personal Identifiers: First and last name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
• Feedback, Views and Opinions: Feedback, survey responses, and other information included within your interactions with us or otherwise provided via the Website.
• Communications: We may record our communications including chat messages, phone, or video calls, such as when you utilize our chat-bot or provide us with feedback. We may also collect information stored your device that your elect to share with us. This information may include, for example, electronic documents and/or multimedia such as photos or videos that you store on your device. This information will only be collected from your device if you choose to upload it to the Website. • Web Beacons: “Web Beacons” (a.k.a. clear GIFs or pixel tags) are tiny graphic image files imbedded invisibly in a web page or email that may be used to collect anonymous information about your use of our Website, the websites of selected advertisers, and the emails, special promotions or newsletters that we send you. The information collected by Web Beacons allows us to analyze how many people are using the Website, using the selected advertisers’ websites or opening our emails, and for what purpose, and also allows us to enhance our interest-based advertising.
• Website Analytics: We may use third-party website analytics services in connection with the Website, including, for example, to register mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity and text that you type into the website or mobile application. 8. SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS

Certain sections or functionalities on our website may permit you to share information on third party social media sites or platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, or other similar sites (collectively, “Social Media Sites”).  Company does not own or control such Social Media Sites, and posting your information on Social Media Sites is subject to the third party’s Online Privacy Policy and other legal terms, which may not provide privacy protections with which you agree.  Company is not responsible for any act or omission of any Social Media Site, nor are we responsible for the consequences of your choosing to share your information on Social Media Sites.

We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.  Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk.

10. HOW ALSANA RESPONDS TO BROWSER “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS

We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our Website for third-party purposes, and that is why we provide in Section 12 the Network Advertising Initiative’s “Consumer Opt-out” link, Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out Link, and TRUSTe’s Advertising Choices page. However, we do not recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations and solutions. 12.1 HOW YOU CAN ACCESS AND UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION

12.2 COOKIES

If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject certain non-essential Cookies; however, our Website may not function properly if you do so. You can change your Website Cookie preferences at any time by going to the “Cookie Storage Preferences” button in the bottom left corner of the Website.

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails or contacting us at the contact information provided in Section 15 (“How to Contact Us”) below.  Please note that if you opt out from promotional emails, we may still send you non-promotional (transactional) emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

13. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (Civil Code Section 1798.100, et seq.) (“California Law”), provides eligible California residents with specific rights with respect to our collection, retention, disclosing, selling, sharing, and use of Personal Information. Identify Verification
