As part of Alsana’s social media audience, we ask that you review and respect the guidelines outlined below:

  • Content shared on Alsana’s social media accounts is not a substitute for treatment or therapy and should not be considered clinical advice.

  • If you have questions about eating disorder treatment programs, please call 866-887-0336.

  • Alsana shares a variety of content. Curated third-party content does not imply endorsement.
  • Alsana’s social media accounts are public, as are comments on our posts. Please avoid sharing personal or private information in your comments.
  • Alsana reserves the right to remove comments or block users to maintain a safe and respectful community. Users may be blocked for comments that are:
    • Aggressive, defamatory, harassing, violent, threatening, or intentionally offensive
    • Hateful or discriminatory (including content targeting race, ethnicity, ability, religion, body type, gender, sexual identity, or nationality)
    • Personal attacks or name-calling
    • Spam, commercial solicitations, or requests for donations
    • Overly descriptive of eating disorder behaviors or otherwise triggering
