Ryan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California, with 14 years of clinical experience in the field of mental health. She has experience working with adults and teens/children struggling with issues related to stress and coping with life’s changes, crisis intervention, anxiety, identity, body image, self-esteem, eating disorder, and LBTQ+. Her experience providing treatment has been within a variety of settings, including school-based individual and group therapy services for elementary, middle, and high school students, outpatient services, and community-based services (both outpatient and within the residential setting).
Many find that the best outcomes from treatment start with a trusting, collaborative relationship between treatment team and consumer. Ryan strives to offer a safe and non-judgmental environment with a commitment to placing the highest priority on an individual’s care. She finds it incredibly fulfilling to help and support individuals who are looking to be the best version of themselves.
Ryan graduated from the San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Minor in Family and Child Development, then continued her education at the University of Phoenix where she obtained a Master of Science in Counseling: Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy.
In her free time, she enjoys beach walks with her family which includes 3 dogs Shuri, Kubo, and Gus Gus and her partner. She also enjoys regular game nights with close friends and spending time enjoying social activities with those in her inner circle.
