As the Program Director, Jill coordinates our admissions, step downs and discharge processes while also collaborating with our leadership team in order to ensure quality care is met for our clients and Direct Care Specialists. Jill’s educational background is rooted in social work with having a bachelor’s degree and currently working to obtain her masters in social work. During Jill’s undergraduate social work program, she went through her practicum at another residential treatment program for eating disorders and was then hired as a Direct Care Specialist. After graduating with her BSW, Jill found Alsana and joined us a Program Coordinator, then soon after excelled into the role as our Program Director. What initially drew Jill to our program at Alsana was the compassion focused, autonomous lens and a friendly LGBTQ+ space for all.
