Finn Livingston

Admissions Liaison | they/them
I’m Finn, an admissions liaison, and excited to be with Alsana! I greatly enjoy collaborating with others to ensure people are receiving the support they need and deserve.
I received my Bachelors of Science in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2022. I have a passion for improving the efficacy of eating disorder treatment and learning more about intervention strategies. Under the guidance of the Roecklein Lab, I completed an undergraduate thesis studying reward processing as a transdiagnostic mechanism that could explain and guide intervention for the relationship between eating disorder behaviors and depression symptoms. I am extremely interested in the mechanisms involved in eating disorders and their many co-occurring psychopathologies that can complicate the recovery process. I enjoy both the research and hands-on opportunities that a psychology background provides and aim to use that passion to contribute to treatment efficacy and accessibility long term.
I’m from Pittsburgh, PA initially but now call Boulder, CO home. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, watching horror movies, and listening to my favorite band, Sisters of Mercy. I am always looking for new adventures, travels, and fun things to do!
