Lolly is an absolutely phenomenal therapist. I cannot begin to describe how much she was able to help me. She definitely pushed me to places that were hard and felt uncomfortable and while she is very blunt she pushed me in a compassionate way where I truly felt she cared and was doing everything with my best interest at heart. I would recommend her to anyone, ESPECIALLY clients with a lot of Trauma….Alsana has some absolutely amazing DC’s who are very kind and compassionate, who treat you like an adult, and are able to push you to challenge yourself without lecturing or shaming. The two that come to mind most are Tiffany and Elizabeth. While neither of them was my therapist they were both an integral part of my process at Alsana and I will be forever grateful for the compassion they showed me, the ways they pushed me to challenge myself, and the encouraging feedback I received from them as I really began to develop a sense of self and worked to build connections with peers.
