As Regional Outreach Director, Aimee serves as an Alsana representative and treatment placement resource for partners and professionals in Nevada, Utah, and Oregon. Aimee joined the behavioral health field as an outreach specialist in 2020, shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic began to have a significant impact on the mental health of her local community. As a former local news producer and public relations specialist, Aimee is particularly passionate about public health education and healthcare access. Before joining Alsana, she worked in private education, state government as well as acute and residential mental health programs.
In 2023, Aimee earned an elite national accreditation in public relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America. She has received multiple awards for her public information and outreach campaigns related to youth education services, immunizations, and cancer prevention awareness. A longtime resident of Las Vegas, she graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
Aimee spends her free time with her partner and their two dogs at their remote, off-grid cabin in Northern Arizona. The completely hand-built cabin has renewable solar power, rainwater catchment, and yes, even reliable wifi.
