Witnessing a close friend’s struggle with anorexia motivated Stacie to pursue a career in dietetics. She attended Clemson University for her B.S. In Human Nutrition, SC DHEC for her Dietetic Internship, and The Citadel for her M.A. in Clinical Counseling. After working in inpatient hospitals, outpatient offices, biotech, and pharma, Stacie’s career has finally come full circle to her original intention with outreach, as she helps her providers and their ED patients on the path to recovery.
