Our St. Louis, Missouri Alsana location has a team of dedicated and compassionate, eating disorder professionals who are committed to your unique road to recovery. The day treatment and intensive outpatient program is located in Fenton, Missouri. Our beautiful outpatient offices also provide programming seven days a week.

Rebecca Baker, M.Ed., LPC, SEP, CEDS

Rebecca has been helping clients in recovery heal from their eating disorders since 2008.

As regional executive director, Rebecca is enthusiastic about collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients and families. She has been a teaching assistant for the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute since 2019 and has presented and written multiple times to raise awareness for this important topic.

Rebecca is the Founder and President of iaedp (International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals), St. Louis Chapter. She is extremely passionate about empowering women in leadership roles and is actively involved with the University of Missouri- St. Louis’s Women’s Leadership Institute.

Before joining Alsana, Rebecca worked with eating disorder clients at a community treatment program where she saw clients for individual therapy and led various support groups. She has years of experience leading group therapy sessions for all levels of care in body image, processing, and guided imagery. Rebecca is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems, trained by Dick Schwartz.

Rebecca earned her bachelor of arts in psychology with a minor in sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and her master of education counseling and family therapy from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

In her spare time, Rebecca is an adventure seeker. She enjoys traveling and finds reprieve in submerging herself in other cultures—leaving her humbled, refreshed, and enlightened. She also enjoys hiking, yoga, animals (including her two cats), gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Chelsea Martin, MS, RD, LD, CEDRD-S

Chelsea has been helping those who are working toward eating disorder recovery since 2011.

Chelsea has years of experience working as a dietitian at all levels of care. She fully appreciates and embraces the nutrition philosophy of Alsana to support clients in healing their relationship with food. Chelsea continues to take part in therapeutic meals with clients and co-facilitates groups at the PHP/IOP level of care.

In her role as Director of Clinical Services for her program, Chelsea is passionate about ensuring a clinically excellent environment for the recovery process. She works collaboratively with the Alsana team to create a caring and healing community for clients and their support systems.

Chelsea obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her dietetic internship through Saint Louis University. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian and Supervisor. Chelsea is also the Certification Chair for the St. Louis IAEDP (International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals) chapter. She has a background in motivational interviewing, IFS, and schema therapy. Chelsea has presented multiple times on various topics to the eating disorder and dietetics communities.

In her spare time, Chelsea loves spending time with her partner and her dog. She likes to travel and visits her family in Wisconsin frequently. Chelsea has been a Big as part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program since 2011. She enjoys reading, finding adventure, spending time with friends, yoga, and biking.

Narissa Marasso, RN, CDE, BSN

As a registered nurse with Alsana, Narissa has extensive experience and a strong passion for working with clients diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and diabulimia. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with her clients and seeing them heal and believing that mental, physical and spiritual wellness can lead to lasting recovery.

Previously, Narissa worked in geriatric, adult, and adolescent acute behavioral health. She launched a nursing career with the desire to help others manage diabetes and to help recognize the extreme emotional and physical impact it has on individuals and families.

Narissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri Western State University and is currently enrolled at Maryville University to become a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She also has her RN license and is a certified diabetes educator.

Narissa is married with four children. She developed a passion for working with type 1 diabetes after her own son’s diagnosis. In her free time, she loves running, hiking, anything outdoors, and traveling to any destination with a beach.

Danielle is a registered dietitian whose favorite part about her job is seeing the change in her clients from the first day to the last day of treatment, and witnessing the progress and how far they have come.

Prior to moving back to her home town of St. Louis and joining Alsana, Danielle worked at a residential eating disorder program in Tennessee.

Danielle obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and then completed her dietetic internship at Lipscomb University where she focused on eating disorders.

Danielle is a foodie and appreciates Alsana’s food perks. When she was a kid, her favorite food was broccoli and asparagus. Now it’s nachos.

Cameron Sisler, MS, RDN, LD

Cameron believes Alsana’s holistic approach and the nutrition philosophy of balancing nourishment and pleasure are best for clients in helping them remove rigidity with food. As a registered dietitian and nutritionist with Alsana, Cameron loves working with clients to incorporate challenges while providing support to elicit both small and large changes in their relationship with food, exercise, and their body.

Prior to Alsana, Cameron worked for two years in an employee health program at Washington University in St. Louis. Cameron earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wake Forest University and completed a Master of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition and Physical Performance at Saint Louis University.

Cameron lives in St. Louis with her husband and two dogs, Moto and Gertie. She loves to cook (her favorite food is Ethiopian) and she strives to help clients feel more comfortable in the kitchen preparing food for themselves. When she is not experimenting in the kitchen and cooking up crazy dishes, she can be found playing ultimate frisbee or exploring with her dogs.

Tracy was inspired to join Alsana as a primary therapist because of the emphasis on evidence-based and innovative trauma resolution therapy approaches. She finds it rewarding to help clients engage in work that will help decrease suffering and improve their quality of life.

Tracy has experience with EMDR and internal family systems modalities.

Tracy graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University magna cum laude, and then received her Doctor of Psychology degree from the University of Indianapolis. She is also a trauma informed therapist and licensed as a clinical psychologist in the state of Missouri.

Alison Greenlee, MSW, LMSW

Alison joined Alsana in 2017 as a direct care counselor while working on her graduate practicum for a master of social work from St. Louis University. Upon completion, she transitioned to the Primary Therapist role, and is now the Lead Therapist where she loves working with clients to create a new self-awareness, empowering them to create change, and to live a more authentically connected life with themselves and in the world.

Alison is trained in EMDR and is working toward becoming a somatic experiencing practitioner. She has specialized training in psychodrama, expressive therapy, and play therapy. She is passionate about incorporating creativity, play, and embodiment into the therapeutic process. She truly meets clients where they are and helps them move through and experience a deep sense of healing.

Alison was drawn to Alsana by the dedication to understanding and healing the underlying factors of the eating disorder. Her passion is fueled by working with a team whose mission and values closely align with her own and that encourages her to grow as both a therapist and an individual. Alison enjoys spending time with family and friends, kickboxing, hiking, and reading. She is a certified self-defense instructor and loves to incorporate it into the treatment process to empower and aid in healing.
