Andy Williams, LMFT, MBA

As the regional executive director of central and northern California with Alsana, Andy was inspired by the company’s mission to be the leader in quality clinical services, and for the opportunity to join a team that he respects and wants to learn from.

Andy appreciates that no day is exactly the same in his line of work, and that he gets to join in on groups, budget conversations, recruiting and more. Andy believes being part of a growing company is an opportunity to take part in growth initiatives and to jump in and help wherever it’s needed.

Andy earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from California State University Hayward, his Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller School of Psychology, and his MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute.

Andy is a big sports fan who grew up in Texas and follows the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Cowboys very passionately. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the trails of central California with his trusty Labrador, Hank, and sampling the local coffees and pastries with his wife.

Haley Carroll, BA

As Program Director for Alsana, Haley is responsible for overseeing and managing the residential program in Santa Barbara. Haley works to provide every client with both a positive and effective treatment experience. Haley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Brain Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is working towards earning her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University.

Haley has more than six years of experience working in eating disorder treatment and has managed treatment programs at both the RTC and PHP/IOP levels of care. Before coming to Alsana, Haley devoted her time to mental health advocacy and promoting eating disorder awareness within the UCSB campus. Haley’s passion for her work stems from her journey through recovery and serves as an example that living a recovered life is truly possible.

Haley finds fulfillment in supporting those in search of connection, building a sense of community, and making people laugh. In her free time, Haley loves spending time with friends at the beach, enjoying Santa Barbara’s restaurant scene, and binge-watching true crime documentaries.

Corinne Elliott, BSN, CED-RN, NC-BC

As Director of Nursing for Alsana, Corinne is responsible for overseeing residential and outpatient nursing programs in California. Corinne earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Corinne is also a Board Certified Nurse Coach through the American Holistic Nurses Association and is a Certified Eating Disorder RN through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.

Corinne is currently working on her Master of Science in Nursing degree, specializing in psychiatric-mental health nursing. Before joining Alsana, Corinne worked as the Director of Operations and Director of Nursing for inpatient and residential eating disorder programs in Southern California. Her background also includes work in marketing and photography.

Corinne was born and raised in Japan and feels most inspired when exploring the world and meeting new people. Corinne loves going out to restaurants, watching movies at home, and spending time with people who make her laugh.

Juliana McLaughlin

As Charge Nurse for Alsana’s Santa Barbara programs, Juliana is responsible for educating and supporting clients through the physical healing process and working hand in hand with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care. Juliana earned her vocational nursing degree from Career Care Institute.

Before coming to Alsana, Juliana worked in behavioral health, addictions, and case management. In her free time, Juliana enjoys listening to music, petting a fur baby, and spending time in nature.

Juliana is most passionate about spreading kindness and positively contributing to the planet and finds fulfillment in supporting fellow humans through the roller coaster of life and having meaningful moments during the process. Their background also includes working as a mental health case manager, addictions health and wellness nurse and medication clinic supervisor.

Joshua Ramsey, AMFT

Josh is the Primary Therapist with Alsana’s Santa Barbara team. He has the honor of collaborating with a talented and creative group of therapists to develop innovative and evidence-informed approaches to eating disorder treatment.

Josh has received two Masters degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary, an M.S. in Marital and Family Therapy, and a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Recovery Ministry. Josh has been in the professional field of psychotherapy since 2015.

Josh has a wide range of experience, having worked as an in-home therapist, a school-based therapist, as well as an outpatient therapist. Josh has worked with individuals and families from all walks of life.

When he is not at the office, Josh spends a lot of time with his partner Angel and their two children-Emerson, who is three, and Juniper who is one. Josh is an avid coffee-guy and will often be seen with a diner mug of coffee in his hand. He is curious about spirituality, nature, and sports; he spends time reading and listening to podcasts about these subjects.

Gastonia, NC is Josh’s birthplace and where he grew up. He now loves the West Coast and one of his favorite activities is to watch the sun set over the epic California landscapes.

Brad Zehring, DO

Brad Zehring has a personal connection with recovery and more than six years of eating disorder therapy experience. He now serves in the role of Psychiatrist in Santa Barbara, supporting Alsana’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Margherita Mascolo, MD, CEDS, who he considers to be a professional role model and mentor. Brad developed a passion for helping clients with eating disorders while supporting his wife through the recovery process.

Brad earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University, and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University – Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

“I feel fortunate to be invited into a process that is such a courageous, personal journey for patients,” Brad says. “The fact that I get to partner in their journey is something I do not take lightly.”

Justin Littleton

As Program Director for Alsana, Justin is responsible for the operations of Santa Barbara’s Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient programs, including staffing, program adherence to policy and procedure, milieu management, and scheduling. Justin earned their bachelor’s in science in biopsychological science from the University of California: Santa Barbara.

Before coming to Alsana, Justin worked in a variety of mental health settings, including the counseling center at his college, with folks on the spectrum working on ways to improve social capabilities, in outpatient adolescent settings, and as a crisis worker for LGBTQ+ populations.

In their free time, Justin enjoys exploring the beautiful outdoors of Santa Barbara with his loved ones, traveling reading and writing, being silly, and finding joyful ways to move with his supportive others. Justin is most passionate about working with our LGBTQ+ clients and clients working to restore their relationship with movement.

As our regional partner in pride and movement liaison, Justin works passionately with our clients to restore their relationship with movement. Similarly, Justin helps our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning clients find empowerment in their gender and sexual identities and how they can use them to inform recovery rather than prolonged engagement in their eating disorder.

Christina Kelley

Christina earned her MSW from the University of Southern California concentrating in macro social work, and she earned her MBA from Antioch University Santa Barbara with a focus on social business. Before coming to Alsana, Christina worked on leadership teams in outpatient treatment settings, and as business services director in a women’s residential addiction treatment program.

In her free time, Christina enjoys writing and recording rock music and inspiring her two children who love to do the same.

Christina is most passionate about innovations to address homeless youth problems and finds fulfillment in participating in street outreach activities with those young people. Her background also includes being an associate clinical social worker, a licensed addictions treatment counselor, and a trained EMDR therapist.

    disorder were addressed. This has proven to be essential in my treatment at Alsana and also in my daily life as a member of society. Alsana providers led me through so much illuminating self-reflection about topics that I had never before considered relevant to my treatment, recovery, or self in general. Alsana staff appreciate and treat the individual, and I felt this in and outside of therapy sessions.
